    Bad Points: The first day it turned out that the waste water hose had a crack, and we had to find out where we could buy a new one.The only details that might have been better serviced concerned the curtain behind the drivers' cabin that didn't fit, and the blankets that were clean but rather shabby.

    General comments: In January 2008 we rented via internet a 29 foot RV at Alldrive Rentals in Calgary for three weeks in July 2008 and we had very good and satisfying experiences in our contacts with the company. We drove 4200 km without any problems and great satisfaction through the Rocky Mountains and British Columbia. Our questions about the equipment in the RV, for example about the audio system, were adequately and immediately responded. The delivery at the end of a Saturday, extending after closure time, was done in a friendly and efficient way. The same applies for questions during our trip about the availability of a place at a ranch, which was offered for free by Alldrive.Delivery was efficient and transfer from and to the airport very correct without any delay.Our security deposit was refunded within 2 days after returning the RV, including the purchase cost of the waste water hose. In general, we are very satisfied about the service and the mood of the employees of Alldrive.
