Good Points: Fairly efficient when working.

Bad Points: Frequent breakdown.

General comments: I've had a Ideal Icos HE15 boiler fitted in a house less than 4 years old. I am currently waiting to have the PCD board ( £180) replaced for the secomd time. I think there has been some kind of modification to the PCB board but Ideal say it is basically no different and have denied that there is a serious problem with these boards. As the first board melted I think this is a dangerous fault. Needless to say, I don't recommend it.
