TMobile products are OK, the roaming charges are very high, but the worst thing abougt TMobile is there customer service. Whatever you do, do not have your phone stolen. I had my phone stolen and reported this as a reasonable time, they are saying it was not reported at all. Even there complaints procedure is disgusting, they change over emails so you cannot reply, they then even email you to say stop complaining and then tell you to not reply.
