I have used Cricket service since 1999 with only one or perhaps two small glitches. My bill is always the same (one price for unlimited service), and the local service center has never failed to satisfy my needs - often going far beyond my request.

Billing with other providers I've used (AT&T, AllTel, Verizon), either in the past before Cricket, or for family phone needs, has been a nightmare with fluctuating minutes, overages, etc. However, Cricket's one set charge per month is extremely... (read more)
