Bad Points: I dislike the contract system. You can't upgrade your phone and get them a the sale price until your contract is nearing it's end.
General comments: I've had U.S. Cellular service for over 10 yrs and never had any major problems. The pricing is reasonable. I've never had a problem with drop calls and coverage is well rounded.
