Forced to pay £7 for "express" delivery, which took almost 3 weeks. They weren't interested in refunding this charge. Poor, poor service.

Replacement " screws" for Designer Sunglasses only £3.99 and the cheapest postal charge is a whopping £6.99!!!! Unable to comment on the remaining service as ordered today, reluctantly, especially as my sunglasses are not even a year old! Let's hope they Arrive for if I wanted them recorded delivery, Postal Charges exceeded £10!

Ordered replacement screws for my Ray Ban sunglasses. Delivery is touted as express delivery for which you pay £6.95. Items were dispatched 2nd Class Royal Mail. False advertising which leave a bad taste in the mouth. Essentially they are pocketing £6 more than the 2 nd class stamp costs but leading you to believe it is an express service. Pittyfull!

Warning! Order canceled - at the same time debit from credit card. Fax and two mailadresses (return@ + info@) are out of order. Maybe a fake shop!

If I order the glasses on May 26 and they are shipped on July 31 its just not acceptable. I had to write to Your Designer Sunglasses and enquire myself to find out. It should say before I pay when they expect to ship them, and I expect to be told if they are delayed. Arguably any saving I made from ordering online is negated by the fact that most of the season is over now!
