Very good service overall. Glasses arrived 1 week after ordering them (fairly unusual Tag Night Vision) - the same as quoted by the high street optician - only they wanted 25% more.

Communication was excellent - phone always answered within 2 rings - guaranteed delivery with tracking number and good packaging.

I wanted the item delivered to a different address, and for this or some other reason, they needed further proof of billing address which I have never experienced before. Though a nuisan ...

If I order the glasses on May 26 and they are shipped on July 31 its just not acceptable. I had to write to Your Designer Sunglasses and enquire myself to find out. It should say before I pay when they expect to ship them, and I expect to be told if they are delayed. Arguably any saving I made from ordering online is negated by the fact that most of the season is over now!

I would definitely shop from Your Designer Sunglasses www.yourdesignersunglasses.co.uk again. In my experience I found efficient processing, always quick to answer the phone for customer enquiries and very helpful. The only nitpick I'd say is the rather hastily mocked up box that they sent out my very expensive Ray Bans in!

Confirmation was required on a couple of aspects prior to ordering online. Staff in branch were very helpful and knowledgeable. A great service which I would use again and highly recommend.

I wish I got express delivery as since getting glasses they are much better than my original ones.
