    Good Points: Hotel location on sea front / promenade between Playa las Americas & Los Cristianos. Very clean, food hot and good evening meal selection.


    Bad Points: Although good food the catering is aimed at the Spanish, Germans, Russians etc..., packet ham and rubber cheese for breakfast? Full English breakfast is Ok if you like frankfurter type sausages but Fried, soft & hard boiled, poached or egg omlettes are on offer. Only two choices of cereal, but plenty of Continental choice.
    We went half board and they don't look to kindly at us if we didn't order a drink (hotel prices) with your evening meal.

    The room maids were very pleasant, helpful & chatty, but from the restaurant waiting staff to the reception they are good at their relevant jobs but no interest in what they were doing, miserable looking, like they didn't want to be there.

    Never been so bored on a holiday before!
    Entertainment, what entertainment? Absolutely dire! Karaoke would of been better! Out of 7 evenings only one act was good, in fact they were excellent (Beijing Acrobats). We took our ear plugs as we occasionally snore and glad we did as the stage area is outside so you can hear the loud noise in your room even if you close the patio door, sometimes it was so loud it was unbelievable. Daytime activities? Never knew what was going on, announcements in Spanish, German etc... only understood 'water polo' 'water polo' at mid day.
    Expect to pay 1.50 Euro each per day for a mattress & towel for the sun loungers.
    It's the first time ever that I've been l sunbathing next to a hotel pool and you can hear a pin drop! People weren't talking to each other, (no It wasn't just us !) absolutely no holiday atmosphere.


    General comments: 4/5 star entrance and communal areas but only 3 star appartments. Going half board?, take your own tea making facilities. Large hotel in a small area, good access, lots of lifts to rooms, easy to get to beach, local shops and flat sea front walk to Los Cristianos or Playa Las americas. Don't intend going back. Perhaps it was me?, am I the next Mr Meldrew? Half board, no, I was fully bored!
