    General comments: Excellent service, E3 estates have been mamaging my property for 9 months after I was unhappy with my previous management company. They always contact me immediatley should any problems arise, last month the boiler went in one of my properties whilst I was away on hoilday it was sorted quickly and cheaply. I am now purchasing another property and E3 estates are finding me a suitable tennent, cleaning the property and will manage the property once th tennent is in. I feel very happy leaving the to do this, it takes the stress out of my hands for much cheaper than I was paying before.
    If you have properties to let but dont think you can afford to have them managed, its still worth giving them a call. Stress free and I find them very reasonable.
