    What a nightmare Do not under any circumstance even have the free trial with this company.The customer service rep shouted at me for 20 minutes and would not listen to anything I said. I had tried to cancel with them 5 times and the bill just kept increasing without receiving 1 dvd for 5 months. BE WARNED even when you think it's a free trial they will not let you cancel, and send threatening e-mails.I now owe them £63 and can't find a way out without a lengthy court battle.

    Please do not use Out Now, i joined and they are trying to charge me for dvd's they say they have not received back, the company says that you should get proof of postage when you send your discs back. The dvds they sent me were ones at the bottom of my list. Its very difficult to cancel with them and the customer service department people are rude and unhelpful. Basically they're just after your cash and don't seem to care what service they provide, avoid them.

    Out Now are rubbish and have a very rude customer service, no discs for three weeks!!

    Previously wrote a review of which I now feel I have to update. Excellent service from Out Now until a problem with lost discs - problem remained unresolved via email communication. Made telephone contact and discussed problem with customer services who immediately sorted the problem. Wished I had telephoned earlier.
    Look forward to many more years of happy film watching.

    I have had a payment taken from my account two weeks earlier than it was due, this was on the 7th of may 09, when i phoned Out Now and complained they told me they would issue a refund. I waited and waited, i did'nt receive any further discs or any refund, i phoned again and they told me my account was now closed, i asked again for the refund and wished to make a formal complaint, the person i was talking to said that the refund was issued yesterday (this was on june the 5th), and (very rudely) ...

    Terrible, Terrible, company! Would never use 'Out Now' again!Very poor delivery times for DVDs, V rude customer service when I phoned up, and over charged me.Please do not use this company unless you want a lot of wasted time and money.

    Outnow the name has to be a joke 5 DVDs sent to my home address paid for 2 DVDS at a time, no new films or none sent to me. This company is a wast of time go any where but Outnow

    I used 'Out Now' www.outnow.co.uk and I found them to be a very disappointing service. Slow and do not have the latest dvds. Also I tried to contact their customer service and just can't get through. I have sent emails and had no response.

    Out Now has very fast turnaround, easy-to-use website, no limits on rentals each month. I've used many of these DVD Rental services and I find Outnow to be the best at the moment. I'm on the 2 disc unlimited deal and often get 10 rentals a month, with no "fair use" limitations like they have at lovefilm (in my experience, if you start renting too many films with lovefilm, they have ways of slowing things down...). I keep a big list of titles, including a lot of TV series as they would cost a fo ...

    In 3.5 weeks of membership and over 25 discs in list only received one disc despite several complaints to customer services. Told to add old already watched discs to list which seems stupid? Who wants to pay to watch thing you have already seen.

    Therefore I do not think out now.co.uk is worth the money in my experience and do not recommend OutNow.co.uk
