    Good Points: Does what it says on the tin.


    Bad Points: The exit lane seemed to take you behind the building with the buses which was a bit disconcerting, but it was fine. The barrier was also up as we left, so were concerned it might close on us, but it didn't :) Main/Only real gripe was that they messed about with the driver seat setting - understandable? but annoying.


    General comments: I read some of the Purple Pkg reviews at other airports and was tempted to cancel my booking! However, my experience of the service was absolutely fine, it was exactly as I expected it to be.
    At first, I thought I too had encountered a problem with the directions, with one right turn too few, but the directions are correct - the first roundabout isn't the one above the motorway, but at the end of the slip road. Just follow the place-names for Slip End, and Airparks anyway.
    At 05.30 the place was busy, I queued from outside to get my paperwork checked and a key fob issued. My passengers hung around outside not realising they weren't in the queue for the bus! But the buses were busy, with two leaving almost together, full. At Luton Airport we didn't have any check-in queues (and with the budget airlines checking-in early gives you no advantage anyway).
    On our return we had lunch at the airport before heading to the car park, so were later than we said we'd be, but managed to catch a bus just as it was about to leave, got our keys back with minimum waiting time, found our car and headed out. I'll be happy to use this service again.
