    Premier Meet & Greet should be renamed Premier Rude and Crude. Note their website claims: "You will not be kept waiting or disappointed. That is our promise to you." "Friendly uniformed staff"

    When calling the required 20 minutes ahead the phone was answered by someone who sounded like they had just woken up (this was at 08.40). We then went to the directed meeting place and waited. And waited. And waited. We called several times and finally got through to be offered a mumbled apology that the traffic was bad and they would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later a guy arrived in cargo shorts and a dirty green t-shirt (presumably the Premier standard uniform) with another mumbled apology. This is now 30 minutes after the arranged pick-up time and 50 minutes after the original call. When a comment was made about how long we had been kept waiting the Premier guy said "I'm trying to do my best, the car parks over there" and proceeded to walk off. I followed to ask where he was going to be answered by "I don't need this, the car parks that way" and then disappeared into the airport. Clearly Premier do not need the business either. We called another firm, Meteor, who , though more expensive (it was a kerbside booking) were very prompt, polite and helpful. We had our car collected about 15 minutes after calling them. Be warned. Premier may be cheaper than others but you pay for what you get. In my experience, nothing!

    The staff were waiting for us when we arrived and were very professional and polite.The car was returned on time and had even been washed!
    I would not hesitate in using Premier meet and greet at Gatwick again and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and work colleagues, they were so cheap and the service was top draw!!
