    When we arrived at theAl Diwan hotel we were greeted by the staff and they were very polite . We arrived late after dinner timees but we were still able to have dinner thanks to the manager. If we had any problems at all we would tell the manager and he would sort it. The staff looked after my daughter and her friend very well as if i was to go to bed they would be able to stay up with them at the bar and i would feel like they were safe. They got along well and i would love to go back. The food was average it is what you expect for the price .Im going again and would advise any one to go to this hotel all the bad reviews are just fussy people who expect 5 star standards when it is only a four star.

    where do i start with good points... myself, husband, son (14) & daughter (8)... the staff were all totally fantastic, i felt safe at all times, especially as far as my children where concerned. All staff know my son & daughters names within a couple of days, they looked out for them. Teh hotel staff where ALL so friendly, always happy, nothing was ever to much trouble... my son cut his foot the day before we left, he was seen to straight away, given first aid, asked if we wanted a doctor, asked ...

    It was brilliant here such nice people, was nice and it was lovely food very clean, thanks.

    overall Al Diwan is the best hotel ive ever been

    In my opinion the Al Diwan Hotel is one that low cost beds should not promote as I feel it will get them a bad name in the holiday field unless it is revamped with better entertainment and a far better standard of food to the visitors. Posted by Mr j Ireland age 64 from Worcester UK
