    I ordered the Yamaha PSRE413 keyboard yesterday for my son for christmas and, literally, within 24 hours I have received it - EXCELLENT customer service.

    I also needed to phone Rocking Rooster and spoke with Gary who I found to be extremely efficient. Well done Rocking Rooster - so refreshing to experience REAL customer service.

    I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Rocking Rooster again.

    I'll post a review of the Yamaha keyboard once my son has had time to use it.

    I'd like to thank the staff at rocking rooster their customer service was great i had phone calls and emails to keep me uptodate, there was a slight mix up with delivery date but couldn't apologise enough and it was sent out the next day i waited a week from the moment i placed the order to delivery and think that's brilliant for this time of year i would definitely recommend rocking rooster and would use again keep up the good work. :)

    They did everything they said they would. My Yamaha Clp340 arrived as expected and I am delighted with the adise and quick delivery they gave me.

    Bit concerned when I read this webs feedback before going forward with this
    purchase. The price was the best on the web by far. Their web
    payment system was held over from some gremlin in my credit cards address marry up system not recognising my address. In todays world cannot blame
    them for wanting some evidence of my address so no issue with that. Scanned in some postal evidence which released the goods and no money passed hands until this glitch was sorted. Lucky to get their y ...

    Rude staff... I have been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks so far and they still think its acceptable to charge me the full delivery price... rubbish site and rubbish customer services. STAY AWAY from rocking rooster

    Do not use Rocking Rooster! They list items as being in stock, take payment, then you have to ring an 0870 number to obtain a refund. This will then take 28 days. 28 days to get your own money back!

    Like many other reviews, very disappointing customer service. Ordered a Yamaha P85 as it was showing in stock, but later got an email to say they didn't have any. They take your money in seconds when you make a purchase, but I've been told it will take days to give it back again now that I've cancelled my order. Rocking Rooster is definitely not a company that I want to be doing any business with.

    I purchased a Ibanez guitar from Rocking Rooster and it said it had one in stock, so I bought it. I waited about two weeks and had not received the item. I phoned them to query and they said there was none in stock and delivery would be about two weeks. I waited a few more weeks and nothing. Phoned again and said it would be about a week more.

    Bought a YamahaCVP401 from Rocking Rooster. Extremely pleased with it especially the price...Umbrella music co. uk wanted 2100 pounds even though they falslyadvertised at 1850 saying yamaha prices had gone upBench cushion arrived damaged (it Happends)

    purchased a Yamaha CVP401 PE Digital piano from Rocking RoosterIt`s specs go beyond my expectationsBack to playing Bohemian Rhapsody!!!The price advertised was very good,especially as Umbrella Music. co uk just told me that even they advertised at 1850 and could not supply it as their new prices were2100 plus 50 pounds delivery as Yamaha had put their prices up(really) The bench arrived slightly damaged a minor point

    I ordered a keyboard on Thursday from Rocking Rooster for a Saturday delivery. I had a query regarding ordering on Saturday and the phone was answered quickly and the contact was very helpful. After reading some reviews about this Company i was concerned about what i had let myself in for. No need to worry, i rang again to confirm delivery and the same good service was received by myself. Keyboard arrived early Saturday in good condition. I would use this company again.

    Rocking Rooster seem fairly disorganised. I understand that they cannot have everything in stock but I was left waiting for two weeks for an M-Audio Axiom 25. They told me it would take seven days for them to get it and then I would receive it straight away. I waited for one week, then another, and finally called them. I ordered my keyboard late on Tuesday, and due to me making a typing error the first payment was refused and the order cancelled - so I immediately re-ordered, this time inputting everything correctly, and I received an email telling me my order was accepted.     I ordered a keyboard from Rocking Rooster and needed it reasonably quickly. The website showed one in stock so I bought it. The next day I get a phone call telling me it's not actually in stock with an expected waiting time of about a week. I said I needed it quicker than that so asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told I had to send an email to cancel.     Overall, the customer services were disappointing, but the price of the item compared to other sites was much cheaper. I would reccomend ordering this well before the birthday/christmas as it can take up to a month to deliver even when it guarantees 5-10 days. Other sites charged over £100 for postage and at £15 this seemed reasonable considering the weight and size of the item.     Poor service and appauling customer service. I don't believe they keep any stock. I would strongly advise to stay clear.

    They need to sort out their customer processes - any business should provide a receipt and tracking info (where that's available). However, I can't possibly complain about their prices!

    Customer services rarely answer the phone in my experience. Don't be lured by cheap prices and advertised delivery times. I don't recommend this company
