“Unlocking Motorola Razr i”

I recently purchased a Motorola Razr i XT890 in the UK. It was locked to the UK Orange network. I tried several times to unlock this phone but was unsuccessful. I even contacted Orange but they wanted me to become a customer for at least six months before charging a hefty price for unlocking. I came across a forum where several people had recommended cellunlocker. I gave them a try and was very happy to find they were able to help and supplied the correct unlocking code. I was skeptical at the first visit and when I read about their services. But, I was surprised by their response time. Steps to unlock was very clear and easy to understand. You do not need a USB cable. I highly recommend cellunlocker.net. Their focus is to delight customers with their excellent service. Thank you. One suggestion is lower the price. I wanted to unlock my LG E400 due to switching provider, but I didn't know that my phone was locked. So I checked out Cellunlocker and they had my model and I ordered a code to be generated. Never unlocked a phone before & I was a bit nervous to even try for fear of damaging the phone permanently. Needless to say it was a snap, I was sent the codes within 15 minutes & the first one entered was the winner!!! There was a small fee but hey it was better than I seen others charging. Skeptical at first, especially on a web with “thousands” of other similar sites. Checked around locally in Hawaii and cheapest company I found said they could un-lock my “ancient” HTC inspire for a whopping - $40.00!!! A lot of forums say negative comments and arguments about this service but I assure you it is all the contrary. I now, thanks to this company, can benefit from an unlocked cell phone (Samsung SGH-I317M) that was locked to Claro. Was hesitant in handing my phone over to a shop for unblocking, so I found cellunlocker and gave it a try. The code worked first time, I followed the instructions I was given for my HTC phone and the job was done. I unlocked my HTC Windows Phone 8S within 10 minutes. I couldn't find unlock code for Telstra(Australia)carrier on other unlock websites. But It was too easy on cellunlocker to find devices against carriers. Website also looks clean and nice. I did my payment via my favourite PayPal. I tried everything support asked over the course of 2 months. Support was very very courteous. I was given many instructions, from completely wiping my phone and restoring. Nothing worked. I had hoped to get a refund back, but in the end the only thing offered was that they were sorry for my inconvenience. Again, good people but they should have followed through all the way. Got a code that didn't work. New provider tried for a long time but code was incorrect. Called cellunlocker, but they didn't answer their phones! Gave up and went home. Next day provider used old provider's code. Cellunlocker won't refund money. Great way to make money! (read more)

It took me some time to get to unlock my phone, because my old SIM card from AT&T did not fit my new phone. But once I got the new SIM card activated, it took me 2 minutes (including phone startup time) to unlock my phone, and it worked like a charm afterwards on that new network. The only grey cloud in the sky: I find that charging US$33 for an automated operation is a little steep. (read more)

CellUnlocker is Awesome, And very quick at responding to any issues.
