    Excellent service while purchasing the insurance, guided me with help of comparison tool, friendly customer service. Helped me while needing claims even on weekends

    They invent obstacles to inhibit any claim you try top put forward. American Visitor Insurance ask for other versions of documents you have sent - non-existing ones. During our trip:

    1) Daughter had swine flu and operation, missed flight
    2) Missed flight on return due to 3 hours traffic - had to pay another 400 dollars
    3) Luggage delayed by 1 day on return...but then received a call saying that my bag was ripped (It wasn't a cheap one)

    www.americanvisitorinsurance.com is a great site, excellent support staff, highly recommended. My parents are visiting from India and I am looking for insurance coverage while they are in the United States. I found www.americanvisitorinsurance.com while googling, called their toll free number.     I was also looking for insurance for my parents visiting from India. I found www.americanvisitorinsurance.com online, and I was very impressed by the service provided. The website itself is user friendly, and the customer support person who I spoke to was patient and well informed. She explained the subtleties of different products to me very well.
    Overall excellent site, with very good customer support. I recommend it wholeheartedly,
