    Excellent phone advice leading to me finally having a good tv signal in my caravan. Have since recommended Aerial Shack to my neighbours on the caravan site and they havn't dissapointed. Truly exceptional service. Very happy customer.

    After seeing an advert for freesat i decided to cancel my sky subscription and move on to a freesat+ box, after searching around the internet i found the foxsat to be a popular choice. So i set about searching the internet for the best price - i then came accross aerial shack and a package that includes the Dish, Lnb, cable, clips and foxsat all for £309.99, after inspecting my sky dish i thought i could do with a new one as mine was a little rusty, so this package made for a good choice.

    Quick delivery but no protective packaging in the box.Dish bent around the edges in a few places but managed to straighten it because of it being a mesh type dish.Also fixing bracket and other loose parts in the box. LNB missing(WONT WORK WITHOUT ONE!!)Phoned A S no apology just told it would be posted.Definitly wont use again.Sorry Aerial Shack you will have to work better than this to get repeat business.

    I bought a 10ft 2inch aerial mast to fit my tv aerial on, as my last one was a bit old and rusty.
    Struggled for ages to find someone that would deliver a 10foot pole and had a resonable price, not only did aerial shack have a very good price there delivery was cheap and it arrived next day.
    I have recently purchased more items from aerial shack and they have all arrived next day and well packaged, i would recommend aerial shack.

    I purchased this portable satellite kit to fit to the roof of my caravan, it arrived the day after i ordered and i am extremely happy with the product, the kit comes with a 35cm dish, lnb, cable with connectors fitted - and all the fittings you need (suction pad, wallmount, wablemount) also comes with compass and satfinder. It is neatly packed into a suitcase for easy transportation. Happy with the service and will use Aerial Shack again.

    I recently bought a freeview box in preparation for the digital switchover and found that the reception through my TV aerial was very poor. I did a bit of research and decided to fit a new aerial myself. I found and purchased one on www.aerialshack.com. I recieved a phone call about an hour later from a guy at Aerial Shack, i was told that the aerial i had ordered wasn't suitable for my postcode and a cheaper alternative was recommended.
