They charged 85 dollars for flowers that were supposed to be delivered on the 14 of February. Today is 18th - my order is still not delivered. Refund of money is impossible. Those stupid managers - total untrue!! NEVER NEVER USE THIS SCAMERS! We are talking with lawyers, and going to bring these idiots to the court!

Ordered on February 13, planned delivery on February 14-15 now, 16 and did not receive it. Attempt to cancel the order and issue a refund. Refused cancellation and refund of funds to the card. I do not recommend using this store to buy flowers. It's just a sham.

Worst place ever they don’t have flowers you order from the website and then they contact a local florist to try and arrange the order nothing of mine got delivered no tracking number nothing biggest sham. I hope these guys go out of business

“Worst experience ever”

I got 10 flowers! I have pics. No way to upload them. I paid 167 dollars for a 2 dozen flowers and supersized it into 30. Two mylar balloons. A pink vase. Birthday card. Truffles. They sent this and wanted to give me credit. I don't want to do business with them anymore. Cause I saw what kinda business they do. They should've called me and said they can't fulfill the order. They said the location wasn't in their market and the local florist has to put something together. I asked for a refund and they said it's against policy. I will share this review on all sites and make sure everyone never uses them.

“worse service ever”

I ordered flowers that were never delivered on the date required. After three days of not receiving the flowers, I canceled the order. I have spoken to 5 different representatives and they have all told me that the flowers were not delivered yet 20 days later and my refund has yet to happen. This is the worse company to order flowers from. I have never had worse service. Ordering flowers shouldn't be this difficult. I also feel embarrassed for having to cancel my order to a family member that I anted to surprise them with a beautiful bouquet. What a dissapointememt. Do not order flowers from Bloomex.

“I won't use them again”

I ordered flowers for delivery in Canada. I am in Australia. I looked at my bank statement and was double charged. I took screenshots and emailed them to cancel one.I gave the recipients cell number but instead of calling them Bloomex emailed me to say the person wasn't home and to call them to arrange another delivery time. The number isn't contactable from Australia. But then I get a message feom my friend ssaying she arrived home just as they were leaving and got the flowers. She sent me a photo. They looked terrible. Not as nice as the image on the website. Said a vase was included but it was nothing as nice as the website image. I also paid for the deluxe bunch. What she was delivered, I would not call deluxe. Very disappointed. And still chasing via email the cancellation of their duplicate charge!!! No replies to emails over the last 36 hours.

“Late delivery, different flowers ”

I give only one star because my birthday flower order was delivered 3 days late. My order was put on hold for some reason and customer service didn't call me to clarify. After my 3rd attempt to talk to the customer service representative, the order was finally processed and delivered 3 days later. The flowers were beautiful, but different from what I paid for. I am not ngoing to use this flower company in the future.

“A bargain and the phrase "we care" misleading”

Placed an order on Thursday evening for Friday delivery. Received message to call regarding the order. Tried 3 different phone numbers, no answer. Fast forward Sunday contacted someone through online chat, a couple of hours later received a call stating that my order missed the Friday cut off time and cannot be delivered till Tuesday. Asked for a refund (that was a joke) Customer service would not listen. I will never ever use this company again, they should be out of business. They are a nothing but a rip off!

I ordered an elegant stand of white roses, they sent cheap daisy stand with the horrible arrangement that looked like it has been used. Also, beware, you can see there are more bad rates and comments about this company on this site, but their star is still 4 or above. Very fishy. Have you heard of paid for rating?

My elderly mother placed an order over the phone with Bloomex and the customer service was awful: the representative had zero patience, huffed and puffed in frustration, and made my mother feel terrible and stupid. That rep had zero communication or professional skills. My mother was made to believe that she paid 150 CAD for a flower arrangement in a vase, birthday balloons, and a card and that is why she thought 150 CAD is ok price for it. We had to call to reschedule the delivery and my husband was assured the delivery will be done after 6 pm, when we planned to be home. Delivery was done on the date but at 11:30 am and the flowers had to stay on the entrance step in the full sun for a half day. We received 2 bulk bunches of 16 inches high small roses and 1 bulk bunch of 20 inches high roses of questionable quality with frayed petals. Nothing else. Raise your hand who thinks that 36 bulk roses of questionable quality are worth 150 CAD? It took me 2 weeks, 5 phone calls with useless and unprofessional reps, and a couple of emails to receive a resolution for this nightmare in the form of store credit. Bloomex will NEVER refund your money and it DOESN’T MATTER what was delivered, as long as flowers (whatever comes) were delivered. That is their policy and that is it! I risked it to place another order to use that store credit and certainly had to add some more money. I ordered all bulk: red roses, baby pink carnations, and baby pink snapdragons. I received red roses, magenta carnations, and mixed purple and white snapdragons. Raise your hand who thinks that red roses pair well in a flower arrangement with magenta and purple and white? The color issue aside – I received NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Bloomex responded to my complaint about the second screwed-up order that they delivered whatever they had available because other suppliers wanted to charge them more money. Why the blazes should I care what their suppliers want to charge them?! They received my money, promised to deliver certain items, and did not deliver what I ordered. See above, Bloomex will NEVER refund your money and it DOESN’T MATTER what was delivered, as long as flowers (whatever comes) were delivered. I was offered 20 CAD store credit, which feels like a face slap after what I went through with this horrible company during the last 3 weeks. There is no management to talk to and you will be stuck with reps, who are unprofessional, and have zero communication and customer service skills. If you value your time, nervous system, and the smiles of your loved ones when they get the flowers and your money, DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX under any circumstances!!!

“Worst fruit basket & flowers ever ordered”

Hello, This is the first time I've ever ordered from Bloomex. I'm forwarding photos to you of a basket I ordered yesterday, around 12:00pm. It was supposed to be delivered same day. I ordered the deluxe basket. I got a call back from you advising that you couldn't deliver same day, but would be delivered the next day, & be upgraded. It was delivered today around 3:45 pm. The flowers are very wilted, the majority of fruit is apples, there is a rotten clementine also. Other fruits could have been included such as bananas, pears, plums, peaches/nectarines, etc. instead of so many apples, clementines, oranges. No acceptable variety. Packaging/wrapping is not decorative or acceptable. This basket leaves much to be desired & I'm not at all pleased, nor satisfied with the service, nor the products for the $111.82 charged to my Visa. Please advise what you will do to rectify. I'm extremely disappointed. Waiting for your response. Thank you. Very very bad quality of fruit & flowers. I'll never order from Bloomex ever again!

I ordered flowers for my mother in law’s 90th birthday which she didn’t receive on the date they were supposed to be delivered. I called a day after and was told they would be delivered in 3 days. Huh! I was so disappointed and canceled the order. I asked for a confirmation email showing the cancellation and was told I would get it in 5mins. I didn’t get the email only to receive one the following day saying the order was on hold. Who does that. I waited two days and then called them again only to be told I could only get a store credit. I will never buy from this company and and will make sure to tell my family and friends not to buy from them

“SHAM. DELIVER CHEAP SUBSTITUTIONS”

Ordered 3 identical arrangements from their website. Pink flowers in a clear mason jar. Got 3 different arrangements. Cheap orange, purple, green, yellow. Not one single pink flower. All in a cheap pink oversized vase. Too big and the few flowers in the vase leaned over. Appears they were out of pink flowers, out of the clear mason jars, out of baby's breath and greenery to fill in the gaps. I contacted them for a refund or to send what I asked for. I got 4 form letters. No signature on who sent them. Told I could have a $20 credit towards my next order. Said it was their right to substitute with if they don't have. Well, they did substitute with leftover junk left in the shop. I was humiliated that the 3 people thought I would send them such a pathetic arrangement. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. A lot of negative review on line. Check it out. Do not use this company.

“Refusal to honour guarantees, rubbish products”

PLEASE NOTE Bloomex buys ratings by offering a $20 credit for positive reviews. On Friday, Feb 24, I ordered a 'guaranteed' (next day) birthday delivery of flowers, shortbread and greeting card for Saturday, Feb 25 and three days later, received absolute rubbish. Bloomex is closed on Sunday so I called on the next business day, Monday, Feb 27. Because the flowers still hadn't arrived and the birthday had already passed, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. That's when I was told the order was in transit. I did not receive an email indicating that the order was in transit. The status changed suddenly when I asked for a refund. Before the order was accepted, someone from Bloomex contacted me by phone to confirm the delivery address, which would have been the perfect time to let me know that the delivery would arrive three days late (despite the "guaranteed birthday delivery" promised on their website). I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, the information was withheld. The flowers were delivered three days later on Feb 28. What was ordered (Blue Horizons "supersize" (the website show eight roses, star gazer lilies, irises, premium fillers) was a far cry from what was received (four roses, eight badly-dyed carnations and cheap filler). There is nothing on the website suggesting that "fair and appropriate substitions" in their most extravagant pricing option would result in fewer flowers and trashy ones at that. Neither does the website mention that specials will not be honoured outside of their undefined "local" delivery zones. Though far less of an issue, but just as misleading, they charged $10 for "authentic Scottish shortbread" that turned out to be two very thin cookies. It took five attempts before I received any response from Bloomex and they adamantly refuse to refund my money, instead offering credit that I would presumably use for more rubbish flowers and an infuriating experience at some future date.

“BLOOMEX IS THE WORST BUNCH OF CROOKS”

BLOOMEX is so bad. I had place an order for flowers weeks in advance for Valentines Day. The flowers has been delivered to this day. I contacted Customer Service and they said the driver attempted to call and no one answered as well he said the recipient name was not on the building list. Both are not true. Anyhow to this day no flowers and no refund as they said they tried to deliver. Also Customer service is the worst. I was on the the chat same day with agent as to why the flowers did not get delivered and he just made a mockery of the whole thing and left the chat room after i complained that the flowers were not delivered and i wanted a refund. He said no refund then I explained that the service was unacceptable and ask for a refund again. He replied sure thing and left the chat room with no confirmation number or anything. Next day i called them and complained and they said they would call back within 24 hrs. No phone call yet. No refund. No flowers. I would stay away from them. Guaranteed flower delivery is not guaranteed.

I ordered an arrangement from Bloomex.ca for a friends 60th birthday. I received a picture from my friend of the arrangement from my friend and it looked nothing like the online picture. There were only colours and the flowers were not even mixed, just placed side by side and very visually unappealing. They looked like a grocery store flower that had been plunked in a small glass container. There were three colours and greenery included in the online picture. I contacted Bloomex and include the picture of what was shown online and the picture from my friend so they could see that they were nothing alike. After two emails, I did an online chat. I was told an email had been sent. I explained that I only received an email of delivery. The rep then pasted a reply saying that although they try their best, the flowers could shift in delivery and that the pictures may look different because of variances in computer screens!! I said this was not the case and the arrangement was two solid colours of flowers side by side and definitely hadn't shifted nor would computer screens be responsible for difference in what I paid for and what was sent. I then got a reply saying that customer satisfaction is very important and they could issue a credit in the amount of $10. With a delivery fee of $15 this reply did nothing to rectify the situation. Why would anyone spend money with this company knowing they are getting an arrangement that was of such poor quality and then not having Bloomex stand behind their "customer satisfaction" mantra. Very poor customer service and worse flower arrangement I have ever seen sent. Be warned-you will not get what you paid for if you use this company.

Do not use this company. It is a Sham. They actually say customer service is their #1 priority but it could not be further from the truth.  Sham On Dec 16/22 we ordered a Xmas bouquet for my Mother-In-Law. When it was delivered, the flowers were dead (frozen) and she promptly threw them out (likely embarrassed). She is an 87 yo women living in a Senior's Assisted Living facility in another province. She has neither a cell, nor an email account. We contacted the company via their online customer service 'chat' text line and were told that a credit is only issued when proof of damage etc. is submitted via a cell phone pic. We advised that she doesn't have one and were put on 'hold' (one moment please) by 3 different agents who dropped the chat and erased the chat history. We called and were advised that was their policy. Asked for a supervisor manager and told that they don't have supervisors or managers. Finally got credit (no refunds) for partial payment. When we called again, we were told that the $15 delivery fee could not be reimbursed because the delivery was made - Dead??? Fought that and got the full credit however was told when I tried to order that the credit could not be placed against ANOTHER delivery fee. So we ended up ordering a basket and 'supersizing' it to get the full credit and then paying another delivery fee and taxes. Forwarded it to my sister-in-law so she could assess the contents and take pics - 12 items, no supersize and definitely not worth the credited amount. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. IT IS A Sham.

“2 Dead Flower Arrangements Delivered”

I have used Bloomex many times in the past and have been quite pleased. Not this time. I ordered 2 Christmas center pieces, one for my sister and one for my mother costing $120. Both arrived dead and broken in pieces. When I sent the pictures and a request for my money back, to how ironic "we care bloomex" they said I would get a store credit. What they didn't say was that it would only be for $20, and it can't be used towards taxes or delivery. I called 3X to try and get to the bottom of this. You can't ever speak to a manager. I will never use this company again. The prices seem reasonable, as long as you're not humiliated to easily by the garbage that ends up being delivered as a gift from you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and pride in product. Pay the extra somewhere else. I threw $120 in the garbage, and I live rural I had to pay to have it taken away! I wish I could put the pictures up on here. Disgusting and embarrassing!!!!!!

“horrible”

This was the worse experience in flower ordering I've ever encounter. the order was supposed to be delivered Dec 22 guaranteed, well they never arrived until the night of Dec 23 frozen and dead (they were left in the delivery vehicle all night in frigid temperatures) Called had to send pictures of so call flowers to prove they were dead (anyone who has any intelligences knows fresh flowers would die in minus 15 temps) Then waited days for a response as they sent emails that said nothing just a header. I called a number of times finally told I could have a store credit or a new flower delivery sent NO credit to my creditcard. Well selected option 2 as I certainly wont be dealing with company again once this is over. Delivery was supposed to go out again yesterday guaranteed well you guessed it no delivery and it is now middle of Dec 31 and still no delivery I'm expecting another dead bunch of flowers to arrive at my friends. Called the company once again 5 times and no answer. Worse company EVER 'waste your time or money.
