This is the second arrangement that I have received from Bloomex. Neither of them were of very good quality. Because they were considerate and generous gifts, I am reluctant to tell the senders. It is virtually impossible to contact a 'real' person at Bloomex and the onus is on the receiver to 'prove' that the arrangement was unsatisfactory. If they are not giving satisfactory service or product I would have to question what they are giving in return for the charge to my friends' credit cards.

If you order a flower arrangement for your Mother-in-law's Christmas present and the company don't have the flowers to send to her you would expect them to contact you and say so giving alternatives to your gift. Instead, Bloomex took it upon themselves to send a gift basket, which they couldn't tell me the contents of. Upon complaint they never came up with a solution to this predicament and on asking for a refund they then tried to charge me to pick up the unwanted, and unordered gift. This is ...

I sent an fabulous basket to my chocolate loving Aunt for her birthday. Huge hit with her. She said she'd never eaten such wonderful chocolate. This speaks to the quality of the product. The customer service I received was exemplary. The professionalism and ease of use was wonderful, from the exploration of the web site, through the phone order, including the delivery and follow up. A great site. Had a very good selection of bouquets and prices, all very good value. I was a little dubious at first as I have boght flowers online here in the UK and have been disappointed when they have been delivered...not these!! Was sent an e-mail from relatives with a picture of the flowers as delivered and they were beautiful and a lot bigger than I had imagined from the picture. I ordered flowers for a friend in Ottawa in November 09 and to this day, Dec. 18th, the recipient still comments on the gorgeous flowers received; they loved the colors and the size of the bouquet. Unique colors and lots and lots of flowers.

I sent a bouquet of beautiful yellow roses to my daughter in Canada for her birthday, they arrived on time and she was "over the moon to receive them". I have used Bloomex.ca before and would recommend them to all my friends and family if they needed to send flowers to a loved one. Excellent service and easy to use website.

Bloomex delivered the flowers on time and my friends were thrilled. I used Bloomex because a friend had sent me flowers from them and they were beautiful. It was easy to navigate on the website from which I ordered and the pictures and selection there are great!!

Ordering the flowers took a bit longer than I would have liked. The flowers were on time. When delivered they did not look quite like the ones in the picture selections, but did look very nice. This is the 3rd. time we used this service and would do so again.

1. I ordered the flowers for same day delivery before 9 AM that day. The flowers were deliverd at 6 PM the following day.

2. When I called to inquire about the status of delivery, I was told very rudely that they are experiencing delivery problems in Ottawa and then they hung up on me.

3. When the flowers arrived, they were of horrible quality and had to be tossed after two days.

4. The card I asked to be sent along with the flowers, and for which I dictated the content, arrived blank. My ...

The service received while ordering my gift basket to Montreal and Toronto was professional and very helpful. I received notifications when my orders were placed, confirmed and delivered. Their flower selection was great with many different arrangements and prices to select from. I would recommend Bloomex to everyone.

I was very happy with the service from Bloomex. Their website is easy to navigate and very clear as to what you are ordering. I also appreciated being notified when delivery had been completed. The flowers arrived on time and were lovely. I would recommend Bloomex to everyone.

My experience with Bloomex was perfect. In my position of EA, I have to order flowers quite often and I will definitely use Bloomex the next time I have to order flowers for anywhere. I have contacted many florists but they either didn't deliver to the location I needed them to deliver or the flowers were extremely expensive. I needed flowers for 3 of my relatives in 2 separate homes and phoned Bloomex to see if I could get a better deal than through ordering online. The customer service was outstanding! I was able to get both orders delivered the next day and received a total of $10 off! Thank you so much for helping me to get flowers to everyone so quickly and for such a good price. I have no hesitation in recomminding Bloomex and using them again. My floral delivery company of choice will always be Bloomex!

a day later than the birthday sent, charged extra to ensure same day delivery, cancelled when it did not arrive, after it arrived, they sent the wrong basket, sen 20.00 worth of zellers products instead of "gormet" haha what a joke, sent pics, got refund for the basket delivery but was told will only replace, be sure to read return policy, once they have your card, you are not getting it back. I saw the great arrangements on their website, but I called their customer service for a custom order. The whole process took only 5 minutes, and I asked for same day delivery. Flowers were shipped on time, as planned, and 10 days after, they still look amazing! The price was great, I called a local flower shop and they were 3 times more expensive, this is why I tried Bloomex. Will definetly order from them again.

The service received while ordering a gift basket to another city in Canada was nothing short of outstanding. The Customer Service representative was bright, cheerful and could carry a conversation. The website was simple to navigate; the delivery was made as committed. The recipient was delighted. The entire experience was excellent!
