This is the worst company I've ever dealt with or heard of. They charged me for mother's day flowers that were never delivered, never contacted me, refused to refund me, and were consistently unavailable for customer service. The only way to get a hold of anyone there was to follow the 'place an order' prompt on the phone, which magically connected me to an actual human being, which again, was useless. I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's day last Sunday, May 12th, 2013 and requested the delivery for the Friday prior. The flowers looked good in the on-line picture, however my mom received a pathetic version. Ruined Monthers day. I ordered flowers on the 10th, paid $19.98 for same day delivery. Deliver took 3 days and the product was terrible!! 10 tulips that were half dead. What a pathetic company. For Mother's Day I 'attempted' to send my mother some flowers.... I placed the order and received confirmation for delivery today, sounds great doesn't it? I thought so also, however thankfully BLOOMEX managed to screw those plans up... they were shipped out this afternoon and are listed "in transit" it is confirmed they are on a Purolator truck that is done working until Monday morning... I ordered flowers at my Grand doughter's birth and Bloomex suppose to send the freshest flowers. These flowers willted on the second day. My son sent flowers from them to my wife and roses were drying out at the edges and some of the flowers were willted. On top of that they delivered them day ahead of time and left them at the door. i will never use then again and tell everyone I know to be aware of them. (read more)

I ordered flowers form my Mother for Mother's day through Pro Flowers international, since she lives in Winnipeg and I live in the states. The florist the order went through was Bloomex. I hated this company, they were horrible to deal with. I ordered sunflowers for a special occasion. When the flowers arrived they were yellow roses. They never called me to tell me that they did not have sunflowers in. It is 3 weeks later and I am calling every single day to see when the sun flowers will be in. Bloomex will gladly accept your purchase but when it comes to complaints about their product they are very hard to reach. Most of the areas they deliver to use a third party delivery company and will not deliver at the time specified when you order the product. My flowers did not arrive on time and they attempt to hide behind their hidden policies but when pressed will quickly become reclusive to any attempt at communication. I have never written a bad review for anyone thus far but I felt that future customers needed to be warned. 1. After an unbelievable amount of frustrating time leaving messages on the phone and on line I finally got the flowers delivered a week late. I ordered a Valentine package for my girlfriend (Teddy Bear, Flowers, Chocolate, card) and even paid for the express delivery so that the package will arrive before the afternoon. On the day of, the packaged arrived at 5pm (when my girlfriend was already off work and did not receive her "surprise") and on top of that received the chocolates. Because of this, my fiance was gone on a week long trip and did not receive her Valentines day flowers. Bloomex refused to give me a refund and I still have not received the flowers (3 days later). I had similar problems with this company. They basically don't care. The president's name is (name removed). You might get more luck talking directly to him. Make sure you're not harassing him but as president of the company he might be interested to know his customers' concerns.

I am a great fan Bloomex. They have a pretty large selection of flowers but most of all, you cannot beat the price. They provide the best quality of flowers at the most reasonable price in the area.
