    I needed flowers for 3 of my relatives in 2 separate homes and phoned Bloomex to see if I could get a better deal than through ordering online. The customer service was outstanding! I was able to get both orders delivered the next day and received a total of $10 off! Thank you so much for helping me to get flowers to everyone so quickly and for such a good price. I have no hesitation in recomminding Bloomex and using them again. My floral delivery company of choice will always be Bloomex!

    a day later than the birthday sent, charged extra to ensure same day delivery, cancelled when it did not arrive, after it arrived, they sent the wrong basket, sen 20.00 worth of zellers products instead of "gormet" haha what a joke, sent pics, got refund for the basket delivery but was told will only replace, be sure to read return policy, once they have your card, you are not getting it back.     I saw the great arrangements on their website, but I called their customer service for a custom order. The whole process took only 5 minutes, and I asked for same day delivery. Flowers were shipped on time, as planned, and 10 days after, they still look amazing! The price was great, I called a local flower shop and they were 3 times more expensive, this is why I tried Bloomex. Will definetly order from them again.

    The service received while ordering a gift basket to another city in Canada was nothing short of outstanding. The Customer Service representative was bright, cheerful and could carry a conversation. The website was simple to navigate; the delivery was made as committed. The recipient was delighted. The entire experience was excellent!

    I live in Europe, and I wanted to send flowers to my mom in Canada. My mother said the flowers were of good quality, and they arrived on time, when promised.
    The website is easy to follow, and I found the 'search by price' and 'search by occasion' options helpful. I had a small problem using the coupon code, it seemed like a website issue. I had close the window completely and make my selection again, but considering the amount of the coupon (10$) it was worth that small effort.

    I was absolutely amazed at the beautiful flowers that were delivered. My friend sent me a picture. I service and delivery were very quick. I honestly was totally AMAZED!!! I will for sure use this service many many more times now. I am sooo happy with it!!!

    Bloomex was there when I needed them, i.e., when my university student daughter was missing the dog and needed to know he misses her, too. So he sent her flowers! Even the computer illiterate can arrange next-day deliver in the middle of the night. I liked the fact they called ahead to make sure they had the correct address (though sometimes that might spoil the surprise.)

    The flowers arrived as ordered,were fresh and looked like what was ordered from the website. The price was good and have no complaints. I would definately use them again.

    We sent my sick grandmother flowers with Bloomex, since we were out of the country. She absolutely loved the flowers. The only thing I was surprised by was that the delivery person just left them on her porch. She was home but I guess she didn't hear the door. I realize that must happen at times and I would be alright with it ordinarily. But the weather where she lives that week was cold with rain and even sleet/snow. I hope they weren't out too long.     I phoned my order in and they were very helpful and pleasant. Blomex was more than happy to take my business. I had certain instructions and they followed them correctly and effiecently. The website has live and realistic pictures of their orders so you can physically see what you are spending your money on. The quality of flowers is well worth the money.

    Ordered on short notice and my order was delivered on time it was great. I would use Bloomex again and tell my friends and family as well. The basket that was delivered was filled with all the things described on line and my husband loved it.

    I am very disappointed in the overall service provided by Bloomex. I ordered a fruit basket for a very ill individual who had specifically requested this. Order substitution made, a plant, very late e-mail informing me of substitution. Prior to ordering I asked if the order going to the address was a problem, was assured no problem.     I was very happy with the Bloomex order process, the selections and the prices! And the recipient tells me that the arrangement is absolutely lovely.

    In this case, it didn't make a huge difference but when I placed the order, I specified delivery for the week before Xmas (the 22 or 23...I don't remember now).     I found your Bloomex website and your prompt email responses and updates very good. It compensated for a certain feeling of "blindness" one has when ordering flowers online :-)!

    Their client service (especially follow-up), communication between them and local flower, price value - everything is C level. You do not want to have extra hustle in special occasion (I used this in funeral occasion).
    I tried to solve the problem patiently with Bloomex but they keep ignoring my request for the conversation, therefore I decided to write this.
