I've used the Scala Q2 now for a while, and in two week long riding trips and it's really good. I used it together with a bike-to-bike radio communications (The Scala's own bike-to-bike capabilities are very modest) and with a Tomtom and it's brilliant. The voice activation (VOX) isn't good enough really to be used under any reasonable circumstances and completely useless at high speeds, so you should use the PTT. The noise reduction is also not that good at high speeds. However, I don't think there is currently a better solution to this at all. I think the Scala Q2 is as good as it gets for now. Anyway it's not really meant to allow you to chitchat at high speeds, but where it really proves it's worth is if you come across a problem for example if one of the group disappears or had to stop for some reason. In this area it's a great solution.
