Good Points: the track doesn't last that long

General comments: I always thought the Killers where extremely over-rated, they have just confirmed by views.
It sounds like they decided to make a dance track, but actually have never listend to one in their lives.
I think Mr Killer said to his band mates: " I hear that bang bang dance music is popular these days, have any of you guys been to a club and listend to it?" Band: "No". Mr Killer "Lets make one anyway, should only take about five minutes"
the lyrics are terrible, the trancy undertones are horrible. All the radio stationsyou have to listen to in work play it!

Absolutely sublime pop, as catchy as anything I've heard in years. Articulates the power of pure pop music in a most exemplary fashion. To hell with the lyrics, this is all about a beautiful melody wrapped in a driving enveloping dance beat. It should not even be a guilty pleasure. Try writing something like this - it is not as easy as it sounds. Gorgeous stuff.

Superb song, great to sing to, great to dance to, uplifting, feel-good music. Instantly memorable and universal appeal.

Killer's last two albums have been very good indie/pop which I've loved. Now, I'm not against bringing in synthesizers for an add on remix (e.g. thin white duke Remix of 'Mr Brightside' on 'Sawdust'. But this song is awful. It has no rhythm (which all the good indie rock/pop bands have), has meaingless lyrics, and seems to have picked out all the worst points of 80s/early 90s music and combined it into one record, a recepticle for everything that should never be played again. From being one of m ...

This is a beautiful new track, reminisent of Read My Lips. A full-throttle bassline and epic synth leads this track. This could very well have been the lead single of a new U2 album ... but The Killers got there first. Expect to hear this radio-friendly song a lot over the next month or two.

All in all a catchy and concise yet complex pop song not as instantly pleasing as previous hits but it bodes well for the bands upcoming album.

This disco-esque song has a very good feeling. Not the best lyrics, but what the hell! Actually it seems to be the silliest lyrics I've heard in a long time. I'm not a native English speaker, so the music goes over lyrics in my Killers experience... sorry for you if you are trying to find soul-moving poetry.

Dull, uninspired...and dreadful lyrics: Are we human or are we dancers. What the hell?

They sound like an 80's Euro-pop outfit...really awful! What are they thinking?...they used to be cool. It has to be one of the top 10 worst songs ever written.

Lyrical expression of a 21st century Shakespeare. The Killer go from strength to strength and have redefined their genre. I am hopefull that this song will land them the first UK number one they deserve. After all, so much of their music is influenced by UK music. The British public today who actually buy singles, have little or no tatse in good music and for that reason,I fear the genuis audio will flop in the charts. Ps Bradon is cool.

I like dance so don't get me wrong but The Killers have lost me as a loyal follower. Hopefully their other tracks can redeem some lost faith.

Outstanding rock song. Super lyrics . . . this is an epic song. It's adrenaline rushing, danceworthy, and fantastic rock. The Killers have moved to a higher plateau. With stripped down guitar, bass, etc, it's the harmonies and the core of the song that make it great.

It's great to hear The Killers go in a slightly different direction with a song that is full of hooks and catchiness. Brandon's vocals on it are fantastic. This has No1 writtem all over it and, if this is anything to go by, I am very excited to hear the new album.

I think this is a superb song and one that will be instantly popular. Over the years The Killers have just got better and better, and I do not know anyone who writes songs like Brandon Flowers, he is a musical genius.

Human sounds absolutely fantastic, a really catchy tune that I can't get out of my head. Brandon Flowers is a musical genius and is going to be around for a long long time.

I have to admit its catchy and no doubt gonna be a huge hit.. but if you listen to the Jacque Lu Cont's remix of Mr Brightside. It's pretty much the same thing. Stuart Price makes this a great tune, not The Killers. It could have been anyone singing, seems like they lost the respect of the rock kids sometime ago so have jumped on the pop/dance music bandwagon. Then again madonna jumps on a new bandwagon each album to try and fool herself she's still fresh!

The Killers come back with a dance-disco-pop song. Wow, the daredevils! And I like it, it still got the Killers feel. Hope the dancers/denser/dancer question will be resolved quickly though.
