After searching the net for a new sofa, we couldnt believe the prices on this website, and the promise to deliver in 7 days!
So we found some good reviews and decided to risk it. we weren't dissapointed. We ordered on the weekend, and we had the sofas here by Friday. The customer service on the phone and by the delivery drivers was excellent!! They couldnt do enough and were all really helpful and cheerful, which is rare these days!
A few people have complained about the leather on the sofas, but come on if you want a 100 % top quality leather you would be paying quadruple this price!!! It seems quite clear on the website to me that they are leather match in places.
I would highly recommend this company from my experience!

I ordered the 2 & 3 sofa Naples deal on Monday 2nd Nov. and on Tuesday morning received a call saying they could be delivered that day due to an order cancellation I said yes and the sofa's were delivered later that day. The delivery drivers were very polite and efficient and the quality and finish of the sofa's is exceptional for the price. I took delivery of Naples Large and Regular sofa's yesterday, the quality is excellent for the money, the delivery arrived on time and the customer service was very good.

I ordered my Milano 2 & 3 Seater Sofa on Friday, it was delivered wednesday
very pleased with the Quality and the sevice, and the price, good value for Money. the Guy in customer services ( Andrew I think) told me everthing about the sofa however if you want to pay double the price go to your local store and wait up to 12 weeks for delivery, and double the price.

Leather Sofa World offer great deals and though I was wary initially, for an up coming internet business which has one store in the Midlands. After speaking to them and they being upfront regarding their sofa's not being real leather, I took the risk and have not been disappointed with the product nor the delivery. i ordered hampshire 3 seater &2 seater from Leather Sofa World on the 11 august and i am still awaiting delivery constant phone calls only bring excuse after excuse.the only reason we used this company is because they claim that they will deliver within a matter of days.feel badly let down by them and advise people to be very wary of delivery promises.

I have recently taken reciept of a two & a three seater Naples leather sofa last week. I come across the leather sofa world website when trawling through the internet looking to replace my previous leather sofa. I Purchased these sofas from Leather Sofa World and am pleased to say how impressed i was with them as a company. Due to it being an online website i obviously had my doubts as I couldn't see the products before i placed the order. Due to the extremely good value i decided to go ahead with this, an i am so happy i made that choice because the quality of the the recliners were very high when they were delivered.

Having recently (just last week) taken delivery of my new sofas from leather sofa world, I must say that I was not expecting much with regards to 2 x sofas for the sum of £499. But, when they arrived how wrong I was. I was absolutely taken aback, they are gorgeous and of a quality that far exceeded my expectations. You would never know they had cost so little. Before ordering I read the reviews which were mostly good and understood about leathermatch on non-wear parts of a leather sofa when buying value for money goods as a shop salesman had previously explained this.

I am delighted with my Milano Leather Sofas which were delivered as promised ontime and in good condition and well packaged.

I ordered the excellent Royale suite from Leather Sofa World, delivered by two very cheerful and helpful men, delivered within one week and in excellent condition. The company was excellent and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I ordered some leather sofas from leather sofa world because i was impressed by the price for the advertised leather sofas. Upon delivery I realised that they are not actually full leather - large parts are plastic leather match. Yes the facing parts of the seat are leather but the sides and back of the sofa, and also the bottom pad of the recliner appear to be plastic. Leather Sofa World provided me with a fantastic 3 piece brown leather sofa suite within 7 days as they promised and it is amazing. I cant believe how cheap it was, a real bargain! They were really friendly and totally flexible about arranging delivery for me! Last time I bought a sofa it took 8 weeks to arrive but I will always use Leather Sofa World from now on because everything is just perfect - the price, the service and the product.
