I renewed my Car Motor Insurance on phone after having a ICICI Lombard. The reason TATA was cheaper. I was really sought after till I agreed and paid my cheque . All details were provided about my previous policy, but when my Policy was delivered there were Two mistakes. I appealed to the Customer Care to correct the mistakes. The Policy came back again with one correction still not corrected!!. I have again approached TATA AIG CC for the correction. The fine print says the Policy document... (read more)

Absolutely terrible service from AIG Motor Insurance, am on about my 15th phonecall to them now, still have a damaged car and no reimbursement for repairs already carried out. Don't return calls, takes months to get a cheque sent, I found the staff to be rude and agressive, managers have a better attitude but are equally ineffective when getting things done. Good points are very proactive when trying to get you to use one of their approved repairers. (read more)
