    Canine Concepts has amazing customer service, nothing is to much trouble.
    Ordered multiple items, 1 of which was not in stock.
    Insted of waiting to send all items together, i received all in stock items the next day and then the 1 item a week later at no extra postal costs. Great range of products and lots of useful infomation.

    I ordered a dog tag from canine concepts, and they said 3-4 working days delivery. After 12 working days I still have no item, and they ignored all my attempts to find out where my order is. They do not answer thier phone lines and Did not responed to my emails.
    Avoid this company.

    I "attempted" to order a tag for a collar them CanineConcepts.
    They stated 3-4 working days delivery and after 12 working days I had recviced no item, no respone to my email and they did not answer thier phone line on the several occassions I rang to find out about my order.

    I have been using Canine Concepts for a few years now - they have an unbelievable range of products and the honest advice pages have helped me through more than one doggie related crises. Nearly everythime I have ordered, the items have arrived the next day - wonderful.
