Good Points: Everything was just perfect - we cant believe how easy it was!

Bad Points: Apart from the chemistry being tougher than we expected, nothing really.

General comments: We had been looking for a hottub for ages and did consider a swim spa too, but decided that our 30' garden just wasn't quite big enough for the model we wanted - being one of the few swim spas with a lay-down seat, made it just a little too big. Spa World quoted us an all-inclusive price for our hot tub, and suggested a local electrician who did a great job on the wiring. Spa World took care of everything from our first phone call to them clearing the wrapping from our garden, leaving it just as they found it - except for the hot tub heating up on the patio!

For the money, we could not find a better product anywhere else and were reassured by the company being manufacturer-owned, and the great feedback they had from other customers. They demonstrated everything to us, from using the controls to looking after the water. Despite this being a little more complex than we thought, the over-the-phone support was excellent and we are now experts ourselves!

We would reccomend spa world to anyone - their products and services are faultless.
