This is a great run hostel and you definitely feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Every one of the staff is friendly and helpful with information of places to go and things to see. We booked to go to Australia Zoo with the hostel which included transfers which was great.
Its has a smallish shopping centre about a 10minute walk with a supermarket, shops and a cinema complex. However it is about 15 minutes drive from surfers paradise so there's not much going on there at night,... (read more)
