    I have had the same problems with this agency as another reviewer. There were problems with the property when I moved in which I was told would be repaired "as a matter of urgency". Three months later the windows still do not close and the cold, wind and rain howl in - the property is on the 7th floor. After months of asking for the problem to be fixed they finally told me they had no intention of fixing the windows because the handles they want are too expensive. I arranged a quote (for £220) to fix the problem, but they will not accept it. Now there is thick mould growing on the walls, the thermostat is melting on the wall, tiles on the bathroom floor, which were already loose when I moved in, have come off. The flat was filthy when I moved in and filled with the broken detritus left behind by previous tenants. On the two occasions they have sent someone around to look at the problems it was a general handyman who had no idea what he was doing, and in fact did nothing. Julie Twist are an abysmal organisation and should be avoided at all costs.

    julie twist properties are the most awfull organisation i have ever had the unfortune of dealing with.
    i live in one of the properties they manage, and have done for 9 months, this period of time has been miserable, they have ruined 9 months of our lives, we have hounded them with faxes for the whole period of time regarding maintenance issues- we have mould growing in tiles wich are crumbling off walls in the bathroom, holes in walls, broken balcony doors which let cold in all winter, an oven ...

    Recommended property agent! Good communication, good customer service, response is fast.
    Very professional, doing regular check-ups, and providing maintainance service. Refund is given in promised time.
