I have used this company twice now. The first occasion was for a friends hen party. They had a great range and some nice transfers that we could iron onto our clothes. I used them a second time for my own wedding and bought some nice table decorations. On both occasions I was very happy with the products and the service I received. I will definately recommend them to friends and will use them again in the future. (read more)

I ordered my goods on the 17th October, it stated they were all in stock, on the 29th October I recivbed an email to say it had been dispatched..... still no order and its now the 7th November!!! Dont know what service they use to send it out but its appauling. I need the itmes for this weekedna dn I am now left without my goods, without my money and without any answers after 2 emails! After 2 emails and several unanswered phone calls I received an email to say that my bridal shoes were delayed due to bad weather but were being despatched. After more unanswered calls and emails I received an email saying they were out of stock till next year! Poor customer service and I would not recommend this company, something I have never done before. (read more)

I am sorry that you were given the wrong information, but we can only give information that our supplier has given us. This isnt a regular occurance, but we do appologise for all mistakes, and give customers the chance to cancel their order.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfed with the service you received from Tip Top Wedding Shop. We do not state anywhere on our website that items are in stock. Some items have to be ordered in from our suppliers hence the 7-14 days dispatch time stated at the top of every page on our website. Your order was dispatched within the 7-14 days. The courier we use is Royal Mail which we state when placing your order. It is also displayed on your invoice. We aim to reply to all Emails within 24 hours so apologise if we did not get back to you within this time. Unfortunately as this review is anonymous I cannot look into this order and apologise directly.
