Bad Points: The speaker needs to be louder and a mains charger should be supplied in order to make full use of the other features as the battery doesn't last long enough.
General comments: What can i say the Keiro RS850 is fantastic on navigation, quick to respond. The blue tooth feature is wonderful, easy to use and clear. With the addition of my 8GB SD card it holds all of my music and so far 8 movies as well as documents I need for school (I'm a teacher) and photographs. I can honestly say the multimedia function is fantastic and has replaced my much loved mp3/4 player and flash drive. Headphone sound is crystal clear.Taking everything into consideration, I wouldnt have anything else.

When I weigh the good points against the bad points I still end up loving this sat nav. Would highly reccommend it to most people wanting a fast responding fairly well engineered navigation system, with the exception of those who wish to realistically and effectively use its bluetooth feature in conjunction with a standard set of headphones, standard mobile phone headset or the built in speaker.- Read sammer's review (237 words)

There is so much I like about this sat nav, the fact that it is a lean mean navigation machine with no annoying extras that you never ever use. The accuracy of the map software, the signal reception, the styling, and of course the price. It's all bang on! You would have to spend at least 25% more to get something which will not come close to the RS850. Also comes with Bluetooth hands free, I was actually shocked to realise that it still picked up my mobile phone when I was outside the car! It is ...- Read Follys's review (151 words and 1 comment)

Had to get one after all the good reviews I have heard about this sat nav. It is not cheap, I bought mine from Amazon, but if you want a complete and reliable system then you cannot go wrong. I too was a tomtom owner but I think they are losing their touch...- Read reemgleem's review (77 words)

I bought this after my Navman died on me, was gonna get another navman but then I heard a lot of good things about the Keiro RS850 so I thought I give it a go. Very surprised that this brand is not well known, it is of a very high quality. Everything from packaging, down to the actual body of the sat nav has been done to perfection. I particularly like the memory card cover and the volume control on the outside. Can not fault the navigation ability of this product, it has actualy been much bette ...- Read KeiroLover's review (144 words)

At a press of a button you can activate the bluetooth, with excellent sound quality of the speakers you never need to use your mobile phone again. Beautiful design, looks so stylish, best looking sat nav I've seen... like the volume control on the side...Can cost as much as a top of the range sat nav, the most popular sat nav in Japan, this is like the tomtom of japan, and they all swear by KEIRO RS850 and there is also a new flat screen keiro coming out, keiro FS900. Looks even better than this ...- Read iwantthat's review (124 words)

I needed a bluetooth sat nav and my cousin in Japan told me about the Keiro RS850. Apparently out there Keiro is the best and it constantly tops the sat nav charts. I can see why, the built quality is fantastic, as to be expected from a japanese company. The whole body is covered by a special soft plastic which feels almost like suede, this protects the sat nav from scratches and also it won't slip through your hands. The chip set is obviously the latest sirf star III so this thing picks up a si ...- Read Tonygiles's review (161 words)
