    What can I say. Very helpful staff they have, a little slow at responding but they do find a good deal for you. I did not find them overcharging as the prices were competitive. Overall good service. They even sent me details which was useful for my travel to Bangkok. Very polite and very professional. Had a hassle free trip arranged. I think I found them a little slow to respond but at the end of it I was looking for good price and a piece of mind. So far no major complaints.
