    Bayer Berocca is a well packaged, well marketed product, but the actual core product isnt much different from others out there. The only real difference, that I can see, is that it has massive RDA%'s for some of the vitamins you should take, which I guess is a good thing. I've used it, on and off, for years and I would say that I've not noticed a huge difference between when I use them and when I dont!

    Best vitamin i have ever taken never miss my daily berroca have recomended to friends and family who all agree there brilliant. has replaced my morning cupper and i can honestly say i can feel them work. they taste great too.
