    Good Points: They picked my car up at the allocated time on departure


    Bad Points: I phoned for car return upon arrival back at heathrow. Following collection of my luggage and clearing customs, I waited outside for 35 minutes for my car to be returned. I clearly could have collected it faster from an outside car park. Further, my car was returned with a huge dent in it which wasn't there on drop off. The company have denied all responsibility for this and further do not even have the courtesy to apologise for the damage.


    General comments: Not a service I will ever use again. I would suggest people save themselves the extra £40 or so and park their cars at one of the many car parks around heathrow and get the bus back in.
