    I had external french doors fitted by Apple Conservatories. 2 years later the gold handles need replacing because they are totally corroded. The hinges have movement in them, even though I regularily lubrivated them. I called Apple and they won't fix the problem under the 10 year gaurantee because the handles and hinges are not covered!?!?!? Can you beleive that!?

    They look good, but are crappy. I will never buy Apple again, nor will I recommend them. I've tried to be fair with the scores, the doors look good but the quality is terrible and the gaurantee is not worth the paper it's written on.
