    Good Points: Friendly, quick, cheap


    Bad Points: Cheap is not always good, inadequate fact finding, website not clear on exclusions and conditions until after payment taken, staff are friendly but clearly not qualified.


    General comments: Friendly and good customer services at SimplyBusiness.co.uk Business Insurance. Price is cheap. A little too cheap. If you're just looking for minimum required by law this is the company but they're a little unclear and misleading. Not sure on claims handling but I can only imagine.
