    Good Points: Really easy to use and extremely adaptable. Lots of built in plans and assessments. The support we have received has been excellent.


    General comments: This system was an excellent investment. It has saved us so much time on paperwork. The staff love it because it is easy to use, social workers and GPs love it because I can produce reports so quickly and I love it because I can see everything that has happened and is about to happen in the home. We can set up care plans and assessments in a matter of minutes. The system comes with lots of built in templates but you can also change them to suit your needs. The use of a wildcard automatically uses the resident's first name making the plans more person centred. The employee side has an excellent rota system and the drag and drop feature makes rotas a breeze.
