Good Points: Lovely apartments, choice of two, both very well equipped and very clean. Stunning views of the Sibillini mountains, welcome pack, good local restaurants and shopping. Good pool.

    Bad Points: None

General comments: I can't recommend this place enough. The only way to do it justice is to actually go there. This is the most relaxing place I've ever been to (and I've been to a few). The owners live in a very discreet apartment on site, so they're there if you need them, but they take your lead on how much contact you want/need.The welcome pack is a life saver as it contains enough food to keep you going until you can get to the shops. As stated above, both apartments are very clean and well equipped with pretty much everything you could think you might need (even some English channels on Sky if you really need it). There's plenty of space to sit around outside either privately or for socialising with the other occupants if you want. The pool is a good size for the number of possible guests and when I was there in late July/early August it was a constant 28% which is pretty good for an outdoor pool. The whole place oozes character and you feel pretty much at home as soon as you arrive.Para/hang gliding, mountain biking, skiing or just walking through the mountains (all depends on the time of year) are all fairly local. The nearest town (as opposed to village) is San Ginesio which often has various festivals and free entertainment throughout the year with many good restaurants all serving locally sourced food and wine.My family has now been there three times and we're already planning our return.Have a look at their website www.casafenice-lemarche.com and you'll see what I mean.
