I had to get hold of a very specific hard drive to replace in a RAID array. LambdaTek not only had it in stock, but at a reasonable price too. In addition, I received notification emails from LambdaTek every step of the way - ordering, dispatch, post-delivery follow up - excellent service. Yes they are cheap. There is a reason, if you need after sales support for a faulty item they will jump through hoops to avoid helping you. Have you tried ringing their returns department? try it for fun, they simply dont answer the phone. They also dont answer emails. I wrote to them using their online returns form to send back my 1 month old canon camera that had become faulty. I wanted a repair or replacement.
