    Good Points: Overall sound
Low impedance = no need for amplifier

    Bad Points: Design...

General comments: I've had this nice piece of equipment for a year and I am really happy with it. I checked many closed headphones before and couldn't find anything satisfactory. The closest thing was Senheiser HD 280 pro but this ones are a bit better.
Sound: when plugged to good audio card (Prodigy 71 HiFi) they show they capabilities. The scene is very good, he highs are crisp clear but the base is slightly too weak at about 60Hz though lower frequencies keep good level and therefore suppress this bad impression. For bass fanatics there is a boost switch (!) but then it gets a bit muddy. I compared them once to Senheiser HD-600 and unfortunately there is a class gap. Nevertheless for this price it is a bargain.
This is a semi close type which means that the outside noise is reduced but not as much as at closed type though it gives better characteristics to the sound.
I hate the look of the bridge but this is the only downside.
One major positive is the extremely low impedance 24ohm which allows you to plug it to anything without any amplifier.
