    Good Points: Its gone back to Servis and I now have a Hotpoint


    Bad Points: Product Quality/Reliability


    General comments: The Servis M6856W is the only product that has ever prompted me to write a review. Several breakdowns since buying in April and very poor customer service. Parts out of stock for months. Thank god for Argos who sorted out the whole sorry mess when I eventually went back to the retailer.

    I feel the Servis M6856W is an absolutely dire product and even worse was the service I received. Bought in April, broken down three times since, call out extremely slow, has been out of action for more time than has worked, customer service worst ever encountered, hours spent waiting on phone, some call centre staff even rude and unhelpful, no one to complain too. Do not buy anything from Servis would be my recommendation.
