Good Points: Good value for moneycolor accuracy is pretty good
Bad Points: The menu is a disaster and not pleasant to work with. The viewing angle seems to be pretty narrow, from a small angle the colors, contrast and brightness are different.
General comments: This screen is in the same league as the Eizo CG series, the Nec spectraview. All screens tend be show you at least 95% of Adobe RGB.The Lacie does that job perfect.Black colors however are not as black as the Eizo. The Lacie seems to let more light coming tru.Overall the Lacie 324 is a pretty good screen. However it is not as good as the Eizo CG series.Eizo provides better black, a more solid screen, a better menu.On the other hand: the Eizo is about 600-700 euro/ dollar more expensive.Good alternative could be a cheaper Eizo screen or the Nec spectraview 2490.The Nec is the cheapest. If you're really keen on the perfect colors: go for the Eizo.budgetwise: both Lacie and Nec are good choices

Red is too red and some blues also have to much saturation. Even after calibration. It is here that this screen is blown away by the Eizo CG monitor.Overall conclusion: nice screen, but not the perfect screen. If y ...- Read peet7's review (121 words)

I have been lucky enough to have a play with the Lacie 324 24" Widescreen Professional LCD Monitor and compared to the other monitors I have either owned or tested (Including Iiyama, Samsung, Dell, Sony and others) this is the one I would love to own personally. For photo editing this really is the dog's proverbials, whether you are working in colour or black and white (grayscales) this really is the benchmark standard that all other monitors are judged by. The best monitor for Photo Editing ba ...- Read bigglad's review (111 words)
