    I bought vertical blinds from blinds uk for my three rooms. It was two the same colours, and the third one was blue for my sons room. I received all three in one colour. Had to email them, because they communicate via email, not phone, witch is very poor. Any way they have send me the blue one, but later then I need it and all blinds were without the scruse, they said it is not included. I was shocked. Asked for compensation, but refused it. I will not recomend to a friend. Bad experience!!!!

    We placed an order for a blind on 12 Sept 09. Nothing arrived for two weeks so we phoned. They claimed "the website had been down for two weeks and is only back up today". They hadn't processed the order as "there are two types of blind with the same name and we didn't know which one you wanted" - there is only one on the website. They promised to have the blind ready by the following Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. It's now Monday and still no Blind. This is over three weeks since we p ...

    Blinds ok. However, took too long to arrive and one blind made wrong and you can't get hold of anyone to sort it out. They only reply by email and expect me to take the blind to bits and redo it myself. Would never deal with them again.

    I ordered some blinds from www.blinds.co.uk on Nov 6th, paid £172 in full straight away and was promised 7-10 days delivery. It's now Dec 2nd and to cut a long story short I've still not received my blinds yet. They changed their email and telephone number and I did not receive notification of this, so I had to dig around on the net to get hold of them. I was told they no longer had mine in stock and that I'd have to pay an extra £100 to upgrade to other blinds. I said no and asked ...

    I had 6 blinds installed by this company last Feb 08.
    They were all short but 2 of them were very short.
    It is now September 08 and they have not sorted the problem as yet after several phone calls.
    The manager promised to lenghten them but I am still waiting...
    Therefore I do not recommend Blinds.co.uk
