    General comments: The Hinckley & Rugby Building society is the largest building society in the Leicestershire & Warwickshire region. Its staff are always friendly and polite. The branch access is good for my locality - however, this is a regional building society and therefore isn't available everywhere - and therefore, there are some limitations placed on certain acounts as per geographical location.All in all it is a good financial provider - becasue at the end of the day, Interest rates aren't everything - and the quality in service more than makes up for that.
