Good Points: Food and waitresses
Bad Points: Broken lift out for 4 days. Hotel attitude towards this.
General comments: Family with 90year old, spent 3 days at Majestic in Bournemouth on the 29th August 2008. Hotel 90% pensioners. NO lift working - OUT FOR 4 DAYS, could have been more! NO porter to help with cases, you can imagine how long it took them to get up and down the stairs.
Hope they are all still healthy.
