I purchased a Vango tent and groundsheet from the Outdoor Megastore for my holiday this summer. On delivery everything appeared fine, we even had a delivery slot emailed to us. When I went to put the tent up there were insufficient poles so I couldn't put it up. The weekend staff didn't care and the internet contact number was not manned so I had to wait until the following week to speak with someone. I spoke to someone on the following work day, the staff did not believe my issue but did send out a replacement kit. I then was able to put up the tent and only then realised the groundsheet supplied was wrong so I went through the whole process again. The issues were resolved with no applogy, a refusal of compensation despite my time spent sorting it and having to wait in all day for the replacement parts, apparently they could not provide then same timeslot delivery service aftersale.
