“Move from UK to Ireland”

We used Cadogan Tate in September 2012 to move from central London to Cork in Ireland. We used their special road service delivery, which is pack and collect at first address, into truck, which then drives directly to destination, and unpacks there (i.e. stays in truck, no intermediary shippers). The service was flawless. Scheduling was easy; they arrived on time with a four man crew and finished packing ahead of schedule; packing was very good, and nothing was damaged on transit; they... “I was nervous about our move because after I booked it...”

I was nervous about our move because after I booked it I unfortunately ended up in hospital so had to leave it in the hands of my daughter. Cadogan Tate were very understanding and although they did not have the availability to reschedule my removal date, they were very kind and courteous and ensured that their office staff communicated at all times with my daughter to make sure the move went smoothly. Quite simply a fantastic honest and professional moving service. They were honest and upfront about all charges for our move. Out of the 3prices we got, they were the only company that was honest and transparent about all charges we would incur. No hidden surprises.

Professional and courteous to us on the day. They were a delight from start to finish and worth every penny.

I have used Cadogan Tate Residential to move me 4 times over the last 20 years from London to Hampshire and back to London again. Each time they have been absolutley first class. Having just used Cadogan Tate for the fourth time once again again I have been delighted by their service. They are true professionals and clearly take pride in what they do... a rare thing nowerdays indeed.

I just used Cadogan tate to move my home because they did a good job moving my work office 6 months ago. Not the cheapest quote but worth every penny. They managed to move 6 bedrooms over 3 floors in 2 days and deal with a very difficult parking situation (and even more difficult neighbour). Not a thing damaged. Thanks John C cant believe your team managed the treadmill in one piece

Cadogan Tate were not the cheapest quote we had. We liked the man that came around to see us, I think his name was Jonathan. He seemed to understadn what we wanted.

The office staff were easy to deal with and we particualrly liked Jeanette.

The van arrived early rather that late! The men were great, Dave, Colin and another one whose name I forget. They packed and moved us over 4 days to our new home. They gave us great confidence and were very professional. They unpacked and not a... (read more)

Possibly the worst moving experience I've ever had. This is my 5th international move - and Cadogan Tate was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The crew they sent seemed hugely inexperienced, and damaged so many things that I can't begin to even list them. The admin office was equally poor - not even getting something as simple as a parking suspension correct (despite us calling them every day before the move warning them that there was still no suspension).
