    We used Hoults for our move to Germany & can say that we would never use them again.
    When the estimator comes round please double check or triple check the manifest when you receive the quote.
    Even though we showed everything that we were taking there were loads of items missing from the quote manifest.
    This resulted in an extra charge of £380 after they had taken our belongings away.
    This was a part load shipment agreement & we were quoted 1-3 weeks delivery time.
    It actually took 4 weeks, when we asked about this we were told the terms & conditions state up to 21 working days but it does not say this anywhere in the terms & conditions.
    If you decide to use Hoults (Tyne & Wear) please double/triple check everything but signing anything.
