Great bikes at relatively low prices all delivered super fast. Highly recommend bikes2udirect.com. Bikes require partial assembly as you would expect from a specially shipped order.

Found the bike i wanted on the website much cheaper than anywhere else.
Ordered on Wednesday recieved bike on Thursday, very pleased with quality of bike and price. I know i wouldn,t get a better bike for this money.
I would definetly use this site again to purchase a mountain bike and would reccomend this site to anybody.
The only thing which the website could improve on would be to state the actual weight of the bikes as this would make it easier to decide which bike to purchase. Weight is an ...

I COULD NOT SEE THE BIKE I WANTED FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER ON THE SITE, EMAILED THEM IN THE EVENING, THEY REPLIED THE FOLLOWING MORNING I PLACED THE ORDER, THAT AFTERNOON I RECEIVED AND EMAIL TO SAY IT HAD BEEN SENT AND I RECEIVED IT AT 9.45 THE FOLLOWING MORNING. I DON'T THINK YOU COULD GET ANY QUICKER THAN THAT. EXCELLENT SERVICE

The staff were helpful on the phone when I contacted them to help me choose which bike to get. The bike I went for (a Dawes Diploma) was very competitively priced and arrived within 3 days. My only gripe is the amount of assembly required is much more than I was lead to believe (30 mins? It took that just to prise it from the box!) Also there were no tools or, more importantly, instructions included.

was a bit weary of ordering as i read all the reviews which were mostly bad. ordered anyway as my neice really wanted the bike. ordered on thursday and recieved a few hours ago bult the bike and its lovelly just as it was on the website 10 out of 10

Ordered a mountain bike that arrived a few days late. It was cheap and this was main factor for buying it. Opened the box and it wasn't complete (as the website said), so was forced to put the front forks/wheel on. Brakes weren't calibrated as a result and even seat post needed fitting. Needed to take to local shop for fine tuning.

Ordered bike 11am Friday. Email rec to say despatched to courier 4pm that afternoon. I knew it would not be delivered Sat. Arrived 11am following Monday. Assembled by 12noon. Super little bike just waiting for his birthday now. Excellent service. Hope he learns to ride it just as quick!

First class delivery service,Webb site very helpful, I also phoned them and once again first class service.T he bike I bought was came up to my expectations, I would not hesitate to recommend "Bikes 2U direct" to anyone well done,my only complaint is the phone not being available after 1pm.

Found using their web site very straight forward and accurate. Goods were delivered as specified. Tracking the order was easy wih emails to confirm order and another to confirm dispatch Excellent service, ha no problems at all ad bike arrived in erfect condition, even the box was unmarked!

Ordered the bike on a friday at 6pm got the bike 9am monday talked to them on the phone with no probs bike doing well i am well impressed and would recommend bikes 2u direct to anyone based on my experience i liked all the contact i talked with them they don't sell cycling clothing which is a shame as they would give everyone a run for their money.

After looking for this bike for months and scouring the UK, USA and Europe for a way of finding one at a price I could afford, I came across bikes 2u direct and was delighted to discover the bike for 300 pounds less than anywhere else I'd found.
Delivery and customer service was spot on.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Asked a few questions via email to bikes 2u direct, got good quick answers, ordered Tuesday took delivery on Thursday, saving over £60 on other sites.Excellent service can fault it, will be back soon

I ordered my bike for £260 including delivery. I took the specification for the "Dirty Hustler" into Halfords and in to a specialist bike shop. For the same specification, Halfords quoted me £400 and the specialist bike shop over £450. I knew I had a bargain straight away.

I bought my partner a bike as we needed it for a particulr cycling event. When it arrived the tyres were flat which i didnt worry about until, after assembling the bike and inflating the tyres, one had a puncture even before use. The website says that if part of the bike is faulty then the whole bike needn't go back, they will send you a replacement part. i asked for them to urgently get the replacement tube to me - no answer. I ended up having to buy a new tube for a new bike and fitting it ...

we have bought several bikes thro bikes2udirect and have had no problems at any stage. Also, unlike some sites, you can phone and talk to someone if you have a problem. Good quality product, good prices
