I ordered many items recently and have found the service excellent, the quality of bed linen and also cutlery and designer knife block with knives, excellent quality, Dawsons store is a great company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying bed linen/Curtains and kitchen stuff, my 60 canteen of cutlery is excellent quality with 50 years guarantee and cost me £69 and that included delivery to Ireland. Last monday night i ordered on line denby lucielle gold. I received a text message an a email on thursday morning to say my order would be delivered between two and five o clock. The goods arrived and the packing was brillant, such bubble wrap was used to proctect each item, i was really really impressed from start to finish and would definately use dawsons again and would highly recommend it to anyone. I recently ordered some bed linen from this store and was amazed that the items were delivered the next day.I received e-mails detailing the delivery and even a time when they would be arriving which was spot on . I also had occasion to cancel an order with this store and the refund came through immediately, non of this " your refund will take 7 - 10 days to clear " that you so often get with other companies. I ordered a bed linen set and on the website stated it was blue. It has arrived today and its green! Looks a completely different colour to the picture online. Cost me £4.95 to deliver and £5.30 to return (no free returns label) The prices are great if you know what something looks like before you buy it - word of warning if unsure it costs you a tenner! I'm amazed at the positive ratings that other people have given to Just Linen / Dawson's Department Store. Their customer service if anything goes wrong is appalling. The real colours of the items on sale are not the same as they look on screen but if you complain they completely deny it and then expect you to pay to return goods which aren't how they appeared online. Shocking. Their prices look really good but don't be fooled. There are plenty alternatives out there offering equally good... (read more)

I have been delighted with the quality of the duvet set, not to mention Dawsons' speedy (and informative) delivery service. Having been badly let down by Scotts of Stow (the fitted sheet, supposedly a double, would hardly fit a single, then I had to pay for the item to be returned and am still awaiting a refund), I was a tad wary of ordering on-line again.
