Promise they have things in stock which they simply don't. Promise unrealisitc delivery times which they can't keep. Make no effort to contact you or assist. Hopeless

I purchased an Aga Much Wenlock from these guys, I found the website to be easy to use and informative, there where no hidden extras and a bunch of free items to boot. I initially spoke on the phone to an advisor who went through everything thoroughly with me. After phoning Stovesareus at the beginning of December 2008 and being informed that a batch of Carron stoves including red ones would be delivered around the middle of January we placed our order promptly to ensure that one of those stoves would be ours.We received an email acknowledging the order and then heard nothing further, although payment was taken immediately. I ordered an Esse stove from Stoves Are Us after seeing it on the website. The website said the company had three in stock and that delivery would occur within 7-10 days. To check that this was accurate, I telephoned before placing my order (on the 19th August) and was told quite categorically that I would receive my stove before the end of August.
