Bad Points: Staff, price, cut

General comments: I went to Zerofour Hairdressing hoping for a great experience; the website is great and really sells the business.
I asked for a full head of foils and a cut with some face shaping; I have very long hair. After my time was up with the foils, I headed for the basins to have my hair washed. Now, I really stressed to the stylist and the girl washing my hair that my hair tangles VERY easily and I've been having foils done since I can remember and experience over the years has proven that washing knotted hair and then attempting to comb it through is almost impossible with my fine/thick hair. I stressed that my hair had to be brushed with the conditioner in it or the knots would simply not come out. Nobody seemed to listen and I ended up spending 30 mins trying to get knots out of my hair. I lost a lot of hair with 3 people attempting to comb it!
That was just the start of it. The foil highlights were not what I expected. There were patches of blonde all over my hair. Parts of my roots hadn't taken the colour at all. So they sat me down and redid it.
This time there was a bit more colour but it was very patchy still.
I let them do it a third time and there was no change. Afraid my hair would fall out I wouldn't let them near it again. I spent 7 hours there that day. I was offered 2 cups of tea the whole time and found I had to keep asking for drinks. I'd had nothing to eat so was famished by the end. Nobody could tell me what went wrong.
The stylist who cut it also did a disappointing job. He was happy to snip away. I asked for an inch to be taken off all over and I lost about 4 inches of hair because he apparently kept messing up.
They told me to come back a few weeks later and they'd have another attempt. I did go back but only to demand a refund, which I got.
